Charlene Allain and Phil Baldwin purchased CPS in January 2006. Importantly, Charlene and Phil are not new to the business. They both worked for CPS for over 10 years each in various management positions. When the opportunity came to buy CPS, they were already familiar with the business and the industry.
CPS Heating & Cooling is a full service heating, ventilation, air conditioning and duct cleaning company. Through hard work and determination we continue to grow both our residential and commercial HVAC services. We offer a wide range of HVAC products to meet every clients needs and we serve both commercial businesses and residential customers. We have a proven track record in the industry.

Hiring staff is something that we also take very seriously. We check backgrounds and we routinely conduct drug tests; after all, we feel that your comfort and safety are vital. We require extensive general and specialized (manufacturer specific) training and ongoing training for all our employees because of ever-changing equipment and repair procedures that are an industry norm. Whether your equipment is new or old, we can take care of it. That’s a fact!
