SUMMARY:Community Mindfulness Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Prana Recovery Centers & Breathe Wellness Yoga Studio are excited to partner together to provide anyone in a 12 step community with an opportunity for mindfulness mediation practice. Together we will experience guided meditation\, body scan\, awareness of breath practice\, and walking meditation. Train the untrained mind and come home to the one true authentic you! \nThere is no experience necessary. Please wear loose clothing and bring water. \nSuggested donation: $10.00 (cash or check) \nFunds collected will be donated to Prana Recovery Centers\, a non profit organization dedicated to helping alcoholics & addicts prevent relapse. \nPlease join us for a community building afternoon of mindfulness meditation. \nFor more information please call: 978-580-0631
