Andy Eick has joined New Horizons at Marlborough as the Executive Director. Andy is a Certified Director of Assisted Living. With a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Religious Studies, Andy possesses a heart to serve. A proponent of constant positive improvement, Andy brings charisma and an unbeatable work ethic to the community every day.
Cheryl Rank, R.N., Associate Director, has held various positions at New Horizons for over 14 years. Cheryl oversees admissions, resident care, community services and regulatory compliance. Outgoing and nurturing, with strong clinical skills, Cheryl always puts our residents’ best interests first.
Betsy Connolly, M.S. Gerontology, has become the Deputy Executive Director. Betsy was the Executive Director of a local community and was honored to be named the Mass-Ala 2017 Executive Director of the year. Betsy brings a commitment to help each associate and resident be the best they can be.
Kris Coppola has joined as Associate Director, overseeing hospitality services, including culinary and housekeeping. Kris earned a B.S. in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. A premier operations professional, Kris shows he cares by letting us taste the love!
