SUMMARY:March For Miracles!
DESCRIPTION:The Assabet Valley Regional Vocational High School’s Student Council is hosting a fundraiser to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital\, because we want every kid to have the best care possible. If any place can make that happen\, it’s Boston Children’s Hospital. Boston Children’s has been nationally ranked as one of the best pediatric hospitals for almost two decades. Doctors manage more than 500\,000 patient visits every year – and many of these kids have health problems no other hospital in the world can handle. Every day\, the doctors and nurses at Boston Children’s combine courage\, creativity and compassion to provide life-changing care. \nWe hope you will consider supporting this fundraising effort and the kids at Boston Children’s at March for Miracles. \nMarch for Miracles is an annual 2 mile walk around the track at Assabet Valley with games\, food\, and music. There are several “carnival style” games for children and some for adults as well. Participants may enter in “A Chance To Win”\, one of the most popular components of the event. Hamburgers and hot dogs are grilled right in front of you to perfection. It is such a fun time for people of all ages\, including a dunk tank for students that want to get some friendly payback against their teachers\, a 5k Road Race\, field games\, face paint\, an exotic petting zoo from Animal Adventures\, PowderPuff between different schools\, and MORE! \nHelp Assabet bring BIG hope to LITTLE heros!
