DESCRIPTION:Boston Girl Samantha Star is coming back to visit and will be doing 2 awesome workshops with us on Saturday July 9th! \nAyesha & handspring buildups and breakdowns\n2:30-4:00pm\nintermediate (able to controlled invert)\n$55 per person – Register\nBreaking down the fundamental steps of solidifying and perfecting ayesha’s and handsprings from the ground up. Once these building blocks are set we will be able to start popping and incorporating into combos. \nNinja Tricks\n4:15-5:45pm\nadvanced\n$55 per person – Register\nAchievement unlocked… Pole Ninja. This workshop is all about tricks\, spins and some of my favorite combos. Jade split switches\, aerial handspring climbs\, regular and cup grip phoenix\, handstand variations and more!

DESCRIPTION:Introducing our new monthly workshop series! To kick off the series\, by popular request\, is a sexy 80’s night choreography night. \nIn this workshop we will work on a fun\, sexy\, stripper style dance routine to some classic 80’s club music (so far “Pour Some Sugar on Me” sems to be the running favorite). Feel free to request some favorites ahead of time for warmup’s and free styles. \nDressing up is encouraged – Shoes\, outfits\, makeup\, hair\, the whole 9 yeards. We are going to spend the whole night getting down with our sexy inner exotic dancers. Clothing removal is not required. You will simply focus on enjoying the dance routine. \nREGISTER HERE
