DESCRIPTION:Join us\, Maureen Letendre of In Demand Coaching\, and Kathy Ekdahl of Personal Best Personal Training\, at Tatnuck Bookseller\, Westborough\, MA on Saturday\, October 1st\, 2016 from 1-3pm. We will be reading an excerpt from our recently published book\, “Today’s Superwoman- What to Do When Your Cape is at the Cleaner’s?” and the reading will be followed by a discussion and book signing. \n“Today’s Superwoman- What to Do When Your Cape is at the Cleaner’s”\, is a workbook designed to guide women towards a more fulfilling life by helping them navigate the ups and downs of something that is inevitable for all of us….change. Written for women\, but appropriate for anyone seeking self- fulfillment\, “Today’s Superwoman” walks you through the process of change and gently guides you towards self-improvement with user friendly exercises\, meditative and mindful breath work and self- exploration. \n“Today’s Superwoman- What to Do When Your Cape is at the Cleaner’s” was written after leading many successful workshops of the same name in the Metrowest area. Together\, we wanted to share our personal experiences with the process of change\, as well as the lessons learned from the workshop participant’s experiences\, and the workbook was a natural extension of the workshops. \nTatnuck Bookseller is located on Lyman Street in the Westboro Shopping Plaza and often features local authors for reading and book signings.
