River’s Edge Holiday Shoppe

Calling all Artists, Vendors, and Crafters!

We would like to invite you to participate in our 4th Annual Holiday Shoppe which will take place at our River’s Edge Holiday Concert on Saturday, December 12. The snowdate is Sunday, December 13th.

This concert celebrates our 10th year holding this wonderful holiday tradition, a Holiday Concert featuring music from the River’s Edge Community Band, River’s Edge Chorale and River’s Edge Youth Chorus. Last year more than 300 people attended this event. The Holiday Shoppe will feature you, our talented local artists, crafters, and vedors and will be open from 2-3 for the general public as well as during concert intermission. We will be closing the Holiday Shoppe during the concert and invite you to attend the concert as our guests. A reserved seating section will be assigned for our vendors.

We will not be requiring donations to raffles, silent auctions, etc. We want you to make the most of your sales and not have to give up your merchandise for freebies. A single table area and 2 chairs will be provided. Electrical outlets are available by special request, but outlets are limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring your own extension cords, tablecloths, etc. Wifi is available if you would like to use your mobile device to process credit card payments.

Set up starts at 1 p.m. We will open to the public at 2 p.m. The concert will begin at 3 p.m. You can break down after intermission.

The cost for one table space is $25.00

***Payment, Registration and Rental Agreement forms must be recieved by December 10th***
