Join us for a free 45 minute sampling and find out for yourself. The class will be accompanied by the very talented Gregory McConnell, life long singer and song writer. The yoga portion is led by Meghan Margarette, an intuitive healer with a meditative voice. Combined, these two will help soothe your body, mind and spirit and have you floating home.
