Join our guest lecturer Danielle Collins as she presents a class on how different food textures, spices and flavors impact different wines. A combination of meats, cheeses, chocolates, jams, carbs will be used to showcase how reds and whites will taste. Danielle provided a staff training using this class and it made a lasting impression.
