The Vin Bin: Great Value Wines with High Ratings

One of the greatest things about wine is there’s always something new to discover when looking for wine to fit your budget… the notion of “value wines” in most traditional wine circles carries with it certain negative implications. Many automatically assume that a “value” wine is, in some way, inferior to its higher priced brethren. This class will dispel these pre-conceived notions and help you recognize a bargain when you see one. An assortment of cheeses will be served during class to introduce some of the fundamentals of pairing wine and food.
