Community Mindfulness Meditation

An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on [day], repeating until September 24, 2016

Prana Recovery Centers & Breathe Wellness Yoga Studio are excited to partner together to provide anyone in a 12 step community with an opportunity for mindfulness mediation practice. Together we will experience guided meditation, body scan, awareness of breath practice, and walking meditation. Train the untrained mind and come home to the one true authentic you!

There is no experience necessary. Please wear loose clothing and bring water.

Suggested donation: $10.00 (cash or check)

Funds collected will be donated to Prana Recovery Centers, a non profit organization dedicated to helping alcoholics & addicts prevent relapse.
